Minimise Risk Maximise Growth Seminar

David Peck from DPS Computer Systems and Mark Fermor from Access Accounts demonstrated how to Minimise Risk and Maximise Growth. Demonstrations included:-

  • How to see which customer is generating the most profit for your company
  • To see which product is creating the most profit and which is generating the least
  • Smart Tags bring customers information to a document in seconds
  • Office Integration with Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Finding a wrongly entered amount easily, daily problems and solutions for them
  • Controlling amount of stock ordered for a customer by using approval of order in Outlook
  • Drill Down Menus 
  • Debtors Letters, to be able to see exactly who owes money and generating a debtor’s letter in seconds. Can be produced one by one or in a batch with correct addresses and customers personal orders and amounts due. Once a letter is sent the database updates so that you only see the customers you have not yet sent a letter to
  • What stock has been ordered in and if the company can afford it, where it is allocated, who its allocated to, credit limits of customers
